Hello guys! It’s been a long
time since I posted on my blog; I think I haven’t post for 2 years lol! But
now, here I am and I’m ready to share about my experience this time. Recently,
I visited KOPEKUSO (KomunitasPecintaKucing Solo) 3rd anniversary at
Hartono Mall Solo with my best lady Desi and my cat Iggy. It was my first
experience to attend their anniversary event. There were so many great moments
and we had a lot of fun together, the members of KOPEKUSO also brought their own
anniversary gifts with arrange price about Rp 10.000 (INA). I also met with
many furry friends and played with all of them. I was making new friends from
the event which made me more exited to spend time there. The event went well
and the committees brought some cute cake and cupcakes to the celebration.
The event begun with greetings
from the MC and they wanted all of members said KOPEKUSO motto “Because of Cat
We Are Family” then together we also said “KOPEKUSO Bisa!”. After that, the
next list of the event was quiz and MC asked some members to participate to
answer about the kind of cat dryfood labels. There were about 10 participants
so they started to answer by writing on the paper. The next was a silly quiz
that must be answered by members, but they had to raise their hand quickly. We
all laughed together because of the question that asked by the MC. In the
middle of the event, all of members started to gather in front of the cakes to
sing a happy birthday song. I was really happy because it felt like celebrating
my birthday, hahaha. The head of KOPEKUSO group gave his speech and wishes for
the future for KOPEKUSO and he cut the birthday cake which received by a new
admin group of KOPEKUSO.
The main event was exchange
the birthday gifts from members. We gathered in circle to give the gifts hand
in hand until the MC said stop. The gifts spinned about three times and finally
members were received their gifts, honestly I gave a doormat as my gift which
was very unique one. A man who received my gift also speechless and surprised
with a doormat gift and in my heart I was found it very funny. On the other
hand, I received toy balls and thought that my kittens at home would love to
play with these balls. In the end of the event, members gathered again to take
pictures for our memorial and committees announced which the participants who
won the quiz. The event ended in happy moment, the MC also said goodbye and thanks
everyone who participated at the event and also told that everyone could take the
cakes for free, yay! It was the best weekend and I can’t wait to attend many
events that related with cat, like KOPEKUSO said “Because
of Cat We Are Family”.
